Writing for Signpost
Signpost is always on the lookout for new authors and whilst we cannot
make payments to our contributors, we can offer a free year’s subscription
to Signpost. Any article that is submitted will be read by the editorial
team, and may be edited. You will be advised/consulted about any proposed
changes.
Examples of articles to be found in
Signpost.
Contributor's guidelines:-
- The word count for articles is approximately 1000-4000 (but this is
flexible!)
- Client confidentiality is respected. Names and details are changed
unless written permission is obtained to identify people.

photographs of clients must have signed client/carer consent.
- Preferably articles should include a photograph of the
contributor(s), and a three or four line personal introduction.

Trust, but we are relaxed about photocopying of your work for internal
distribution.
